Exponentially fresh.

This video gave me the munchies.

I have to head back to the D.C. area by the end of the month to handle some shit, and I think I’m gonna get ready for my trip by watching DMV spitter Phil Da Phuture’s latest video for “Get Bank.”

I’ve been saying this for a while, but Gilbere Forte is definitely one of my favorite young artists in Hip Hop right now. Stop sleeping on this guy and give his music a chance. This is his latest single, “Pray.”

I just loved what they did with this video. Directed by Patrick Jean and Sebastien Loghnman, there were a lot of old computer keyboards sacrificed to make this, I’m sure. Boys Noize’s Out Of The Black album is out now. They’re currently touring Europe and will appear tomorrow in London at Coronet.

Swave is also headed to Europe soon to tour as part of Immortal Technique‘s “Return Of The Rebels” tour, so anyone across the pond should take note of these dates:

Mark Henry on production duties for Kingpen Slim’s “Dead” off of his Triple Beam Dreams project. Styles P on the assist. DMV meets NYC. You can download the entire mixtape here.

On my hipster shit today. Touche’s It’s Fate coming soon, and the video was directed by Sur Realismo. This track will be up for grabs on iTunes 10/30. I’m really into that weird drummer guy for some reason…this was weird, and I liked it.
